Dear friend if your diet and exercise progams are not working and you are fed up with partiing with your hard earned cash and not reaping the rewards then this a must read article for you. Before I provide my view we have to etablish the cause of the problem to the weight and health problem in the world today.

Take action today

Obesity in this day and age is a ongoing problem due to the fact it is on the increase. Ask your self the question Why is that?

I need around 6 to 8 hours sleep most days. And most people experience a 8 hour day and a couple of hours travelling time.

Some things in life are just as simple as doing it

On a basis from Monday to Friday if your figures add up with mine thats eighteen hours out of every day! Wow that’s a huge chunk of time out of your day! Okay I admit that there is always the weekend to take into consideration.

I could ask the question an eight hour day is pretty exhausting experience do you feel inspired to cook a meal at that point.

I believe that’s one of the reasons why we turn to the dreaded fast food and ready-made meals.

because we spend so much time on the go good nutritious food and excercise sometimes take a back seat.

I can only speak for myself here being a single guy but I don’t think that really makes any difference. It is just as easy to cook for two as it is for one in most cases.

There are countless explainations why people are in poor health and suffering from overweight problems.

My Father had a theory called mastication he would chew his food until it became a pulp, if he was unable to achieve that he would spit the food out. His reason behind that was it would put too much pressure on your digestive system and in turn affect your immune system.

His thoughts were when you use this method it would reduce the size of your stomach and would not need as much food.

He also believed in extracting the juice of fruit and vegetables the combination can vary but his recipe was; apples .celery, carrot, garlic, ginger,

I would like to point out he lived to a ripe old age of eighty six and never suffered any real illness in his life.

With our demanding and eventful life style, to stick to a pattern in order to reduce your weight and keep fit and healthy and making the right choice with regard to your food is tough. Thankfully in this day and age there are many other ways to lose weight besides my fathers method

How To Improve Your Bench Press And Build Muscles Fast

Written by MichaelZ on August 31, 2009 – 5:10 pm -

Everyone knows to build muscle up one of the best exercises for the upper body is the bench press. Definetely one of the questions most bodybuilders want to know the answer to is: how much can you bench press?’. Of course i ti probably not the best measure of total body strength it does naturally have a very macho feel to it and of course is very impressive. So lets cut to the chase and find out how to build muscle now and get a bigger bench press:

Grow your triceps. As musch as two thirds of the entire muscle mass on your arms comes from the tricep muscle. it is more than possible that under developed tris are stopping your bench press from increasing. The best exercises to build muscle mass on your triceps are using barbells and dumbells: close grip bench-presses and skull crushers. Isolation exercises like tricep press-downs are less effective. They should definitely help notch up your bench press.

Try training your triceps separately. Usually bodybuilding programs recommend that you train the chest in the same session as the triceps. Try training them on their own for a change. Doing so means you can hit them when they are completely fresh and really rip them to pieces and trigger muscle growth. Do this for a number of weeks and see how much more poundage you can press.

Variety. have you been doing the same training session over and over again? time to switch things around a bit. After the same workout has been gone through several times it will be difficult to keep stimulating growth with it as your muscles grow used to it. Keep changing things, they can be subtle changes like altering the grip width or reversing the order of your routine or they can be larger changes like doing super sets, compound sets and so on, these will give you a real pump by the way.

Make sure you are not doing too much! While with most things in life more is better, in muscle building this is not quite true. If you overtrain your chest muscles then it can find it hard to recover and grow more. Always focus on technique and intensity above quantity. A short intense workout is much more effective than a long drawn out one.

Quality rest. Muscles are not about to grow whilst you are working out! At rest is when they grow. If you don’t give enough time for growing then you simply won’t grow. Of course do not workout again when your muscles are still, a fair rule of thumb is to limit yourself to 6-9 sets each session for each muscle group, any more and you risk overtraining.

Take a rest from training. if you have hit a chest muscle mass building plateau then have a break. Allow your body to fully recuperate and eradicate all the strains and return a week or so later doubly motivated.

Give your chest a more intense workout by doing negatives. Negatives are when you get the help from two spotters to intially aid you to press the weight upwards but who then let you take the full weight and lower it by yourself under control. This is done because people are able to lower more than they can lift. Therefore if we can get the body lowering more weight it is probable that this will aid us for the effort phase also. The lowering portion of the lift is know to trigger more muscle growth than the positive effort phase.

Double check your diet. Are you taking on board a minumum of 5 meals a day whilst consuming at least 1 gram of protein per each lb of bodymass? If you are not then it may well be the case that you are limiting your gains by not following a muscle building diet strictly enough. Each meal should be roughly 50% carbohydrate, 30% protein and the rest made-up of fats. Take supplements if you have the money to, things like: essential fatty acids, whey protein and multi-vitamins are great starting points.

Ensure correct technique. Are you pressing correctly. Bad technique can move the focus away from the chest muscles and put you at a greater risk of getting injured. Make sure you are not lifting your feet off the ground and that your hands are not too close together, these are two very common errors.

By following the guidelines above you will be giving yourself the best chance to build muscle mass on your chest fast. Go get them!

Hairstyles and Hair Ornaments of the Roaring Twenties

Written by MichaelZ on August 31, 2009 – 5:10 pm -

During 1925 the shingle and close-clipped bobs increased in popularity, each week finding new devotees for the fashion. Most women sought expert advice and unbiased opinions before taking the major step of adopting the new styles.

In 1925, the size of the head, its shape, and the amount of hair were matters that had to be considered so that a successful and becoming bobbed hair arrangement was achieved. Women strived for a balance in their figure so the size of the hairstyle was carefully considered.

Because bobbed hair or the shingle effect did not conform agreeably with the dignity of evening clothes, it was quite imperative that the hair be dressed and that the decoration be chosen to exemplify the period expressed in the gown. Medium-long hair was arranged in a long flat roll at the nape of the neck. The hair-line following the contour of the head and the long roll, or chignon, gave the effect of the bob.

This hair arrangement was adorned with a back band of flat hand-made roses and petals in the various pastel shades. Tiny glass beads were used to finish the centers of the roses.

Using this same type of hair arrangement, girls with a round face found the tiara-effect head-dress very pleasing. Tiny hand-made flowers of ombre chiffon in rose colors finished at each ear with a large rose of the chiffon surrounded with gold petals on a wide band of silver ribbon was used to construct the tiara. An elastic strip of was often used across the back under the coil of hair.

Girlish simplicity was displayed in the smart all-around bandeau effect which was especially good for the regulation bob. A fashionable bandeau was constructed from a band of No 9 gold ribbon with three hand-made, silk orchids and green leaves appliqued across the front. A small piece of elastic was used under the flower and the bandeau slipped down over the head or the band could be fastened at one side with a snap under the rose.

One of the most popular hairstyles was the shingle cut, using a wide natural looking wave. This effect may be imitated with long hair, by dividing the front and the back hair at the ears, coiling the back portion close to the head high at the back, and then combing the front portion over it, swirling this around and tucking the end in low at one side, as for the French twist.

Plaited cocardes (rosette or ornament of ribbon) of royal-blue maline finished in the center with tiny pink rose-buds and joined with variegated silver tubing were also used to make an interesting head-dress.

Adapted from the Grecian, another style of head-dress consisted of two bands of gold ribbon outlined with narrower silk ribbon in contrasting colors.

Following years would see a rapid uptake of finger waves, as finger waving suited the shorter close cut bobs that became the fashion.
