The Signs and Symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder

Studies and statistics have shown that ADD sufferers can have difficulty holding a long term, steady job and tend to be lower academic achievers.
The cause of ADD relates to the brain’s dopamine neurotransmitter systems. The theory that this condition can be caused by poor diet has been disproven. Neither is ADD the result of parental influence or bad parenting. Most cases of ADD are actually inherited. A child is 30% more likely to exhibit the symptoms of ADD if a parent or close family member has the condition.
The symptoms of ADD can generally be recognized in childhood. Child development traverses three distinct phases. The first stage occurs as babies when they start to focus on various objects around them. The object will engage their focus for a limited period of time.
The second stage takes place during toddlerhood when they are continuously shifting their interest from one thing to another. A child that continues to exhibit this type of behavior may be diagnosed as having ADD.
It is the third stage of development when children exhibit the ability to focus for longer periods of time and to control their focus. This ability is recognised as mature and is exactly what is required in the classroom.
A key aspect of ADD is not only the inability to concentrate on a topic or task for a very long period of time. ADD sufferers lack the ability to choose what they focus upon and what attracts their attention. This can become very apparent when a child with ADD has to carry out a routine task like getting ready for school. They may not be able to wait patiently, instead being distracted by anything else around them.
In the ADD sufferers brain there is inadequate stimulus to release neuro chemicals and this forces them to look for something else. For ADD sufferers this a spontaneous, reflex reaction that is outside of their control.

Create A New Life By Creating Abundance For Yourself!

First of all, think of yourself; do you have a positive image of yourself? Or, do you have a negative image? Before creating abundance can become a reality, you have to know that you deserve what you want.
What is the first step to a life of abundance? Right now, take a few minutes to focus on a few things you’d like to have. Why do you need those things, and how can you get them? Make this a habit, and do it every day. After a few weeks, you should begin to notice that you do indeed think you deserve these things, and you’ll also know why you want or need them. You’ll know you deserve them, because this feeling of being deserving has been a central focus for you for the last several weeks.
Creating abundance requires that you are goal oriented and ambitious. You have to be inspired to go after what you want.
If you know you deserve something you want, it’ll come to you, in one way or another. It may not happen right away, but because you have a passion for what you deserve, you will get it, even if you’re not quite sure how.
When it comes to creating abundance, your thoughts and actions matter. Your dreams and desires begin with your thoughts. Now, it’s up to you to take those thoughts and turn them into action. However, creating abundance should never feel like work.
People may never achieve their goals in life or get the things they want because they think they can’t get them. They don’t have faith in themselves, so they don’t have the ability to make the things they want to happen actually occur.
Sit down right now and envision how you want your life to be. Don’t just think about material things you want, but focus on positive mental and emotional attributes, too, like peace. As you do this, focus as well on becoming more ambitious and more determined. These qualities will help you push through obstacles until you get to what you want. There are no limitations your life except for those you’ve set up in front of yourself. It really is that simple when it comes to creating abundance.
The easiest way to do this is to choose test views that you know are easily verifiable. This could be trying to view a friend’s home from the comfort of your bedroom. Look carefully and see if you notice anything out of place. You might see a coffee cup left on a bench or a newspaper left on a table.
Every action you do begins with a thought. If you truly think that you’re never going to be happy, have the house you want, have a nice car, and so on, you’ll continue to get in the way of creating abundance for yourself.
However, if you think you deserve these things and you really want them, AND you know you can get them in one way or another, even if you’re not sure just how yet, you’ll find a way — and best of all, it won’t be hard.

How To Get Big Biceps.

Your eating quality natural foods 5- 6 meals a day, about every 3 hours, with good ratio of lean protein, carbohydrates and good fat at every meal. Drink at least half your bodyweight, in ounces of water, every day.
It’s best to do your big lifts first in your weight lifting routine. Squats and other similar compound exercises will make your body produce more growth hormone, which will stimulate muscle growth throughout your body.
I recommend using free weights over the machines, because they wiil recruit other stabilizing muscles for control, making them more functional than the machines. Understand also, that when you do your compound exercises your arms will get worked no matter what.
Biceps assist in all upper body pulling exercises,. You will not perform well on your compound exercises if you do your isolated arm exercises first. Use your isolated arm exercises to finish up and polish the arms after you’re finished with the compound exercises.
There is a technique called, pre exhaustion training, where the aforementioned plan is reversed. If you do an exercise first that tires out the supporting muslce in the arms, then the main driver of the movement, will be required to do more work, since it’s helper has been pre-exhausted. For example: you could do sets of tricep extensions before doing bench presses. the idea her is that the main driver of the compound mvement will have to work harder if it’s supporting muscles in the arms are pre-exhausted. It looks great on paper, as to whether it really works is another question. Give it a try and see what you think.
Okay, you’ve got your main compound exercises done and it’s time to move on to your arms to get big biceps. Work your ams from various angles, but don’t overtrain them. I like to do a standing curl to hit the middle portion of the biceps; a decline curl (about 10 - 20 degrees off vertical) for my biceps to get it in the stretched position; and a concentration or spider curl to really hit the peak contraction point. By the way these are all supinated, or palms up.
I would superset the above with three position triceps exercises. For example: a standing triceps pushdown for the middle position, a triceps kick-back for the peak contraction position and an overhead triceps extension for the stretched position.
Choose what position you wish to work that day; middle , stretched or peak contraction and just do 3 to 4 supersets of that position that day. The next time you hit arms, do a different position and keep them rotating each workout. Warm up with a few sets of reverse curls.
With your hands in the palms down position, I would add in reverse curls to both keep your arm musculature balanced and to target the brachialis muscle under the biceps. The brachialis works when your hands are palms up or palms down, it is the workhorse for flexing the elbow. When you turn your palms down you kick the biceps out of the equation and concentrate on the brachialis. Enlarging the brachialis will cause it to push up the biceps from underneath, making the biceps stand out more.
I can’t emphasize enough the importance of good nutrition, without it, you may get stronger, but, you’ll never get the lean muscularity you’re after.
